Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

**Select items on the site are made to order, so please allow 2-6 weeks to receive your pieces**

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days from the point of finishing the piece using USPS. I do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and size of the pieces.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I accept refund requests up to 3 days after delivery, and if the request is accepted I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at amgceramics.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
