Refund policy

We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Refunds are only accepted for pieces damaged during the shipping process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please make sure you fill out the correct shipping address when placing your order to ensure your pieces arrive to the correct location. I can not be held accountable for stolen items or items that are shipped to the incorrect location due to an error in the checkout process.


Refunds
If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
